Optical Program
The BCSA optical program is administered by Pro Benefits. Members will pay for service then submit a claims form with an attached receipt to Pro Benefits. The service cap for optical is $400 per fiscal year.
· The BCSA self-insures the Dental & Optical program.
· Pro Benefits is the third-party administrator for processing claims.
· The fiscal year for service runs from July 1st to June 30th.
· All claims must be submitted to Pro Benefits within 60 days of service.
· Claim forms are available by email request.
